Reading some comments, guessing nuPhilip wasn't in today? I mean, he's a REAL Kiriakis, shouldn't he be helping his family instead of chasing Chloe's mystery child(whoever the father is, I don't give a damn). I like Phloe friendship and everything, but please, please writers stop making Philip such a desperate character, like he can't get a girl, girls should be chasing him, including Chloe not another way.

Sorry, I usually don't do this, but this is for the writers in case someone's reading: Brady isn't Kiriakis, he is Black, John Black's biological son and also Marlena's.

Had him move out of his grandpa's basement, had him pack his bag and away from Salem, this wannabe Kiriakis is a joke. Maybe people will take him seriously when he acknowledges his true identity and grows the hell up.
He is a Black AND a Kiriakis. It is not like Isabella is some absentee mom that didn't care about Brady. She died! His mother's family IS HIS family too.

I agree that Brady has been in a bubble and doesn't interact much with John, Marlena, Belle, etc. Saying that he is not a Kiriakis is not true though. You don't share the same last name with of all of your relatives.

Don't know if you read my previous post about Brady's raise abouts. Everyone knows his biological mom was Kiriakis, the real problem him portrayed being Kiriakis is that he never was really Kiriakis, you understand what I'm trying to say? All his childhood life and more he was Black family in every way, then when Tomlin took over the show this 40+ character suddenly appeared as transformed Victor's son(and yes the writing for him was Philip's).

I don't want him turning into a mini Victor.
That might make him a little more interesting...
That could've been true if Victor was interesting :blulaugh:

At the end of the day, the show is still pushing this idea that Brady grew up in the mansion and spent summers with Daniel and Xander. And it goes against everything we saw all those years at the penthouse with J&M and Belle. And might I add, he lived there without John also.
Lol, the writers can push and push(it will cause more ridicule and jokes, not that I mind about Brady Black :blulaugh: ), the undeniable fact will remain that DAYS fans are far more knowledgeable and know the history of any character than the current writers.

Quoting limited to 3 levels deep Brady isn't Kiriakis, he is Black, John Black's biological son and also Marlena's
He wasn't even raised by Kiriakis' , never was involved in Kiriakis business, wasn't raised in K mansion(whatever bullshit the writers are feeding) until freaking Tomsell took over the show, pushed Philip Kiriakis aside and then Brady Black became Brady/Philip Kiriakis. The fact is he's the biggest moronic character(well, maybe next to his grandpa Vic) Kiriakis or not.
Yeah, I agree. The guy is a big dumbass. He's still a Kiriakis though, lol
His last name is still Black :blulaugh:

Brady is a Kiriakis through his mom. Marlena isn't his bio mom.

John Black is his biological father, however, Marlena is not his biological mother but raised him. Brady's biological mother was Isabella a daughter of Victor Kiriakis.
I know who his biological mother was, that's why I didn't say Marlena's biological son, although Marlena is his mother.

But if JKJ is back...even with terrible writing, I will watch the crap out of him and Nadia together again.
Can I get an amen? It would be child's play for me to pretend that Lucloe, Phelanie (SHUDDER) and Danloe (SHUDDER, VOMIT) never happened.*

*While I had no interest in Philip and Stephanie, since I like Shelley Hennig and their story was just boring, not revolting, I don't include that relationship in the memory-erasure necessity of the listed parade of horribles.
Amen to that!

So...I saw a FB post from Nadia's fan page about a recent interview, and decided to head over here to see if you guys had a link to the full thing (didn't see one). Which has led me to spending the last two hours catching up on everything Days as I haven't visited in a while. I was so happy and surprised to see that JPL/Fauxlip is gone ( :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: bummed I wasn't around to celebrate that fantastic news), and everything I'm reading about his exit says that part of the reason he was pissed was 1) the way the firing was done and 2) that JKJ may be coming back.

Is this true? I've been trying to watch Nadia's scenes, but this Deimos/Nicole crap gets on my last nerve and JPL is not Philip which makes the Phloe scenes terrible, but I'm skipping like 90% of the show because as far as I can tell in fast-forward, it's all dumb. But if JKJ is back...even with terrible writing, I will watch the crap out of him and Nadia together again.

The fact that nobody in the know has neither denied nor confirmed him coming back gives me some hope. If it wasn't a possibility, wouldn't people just say so? They have in the past. Is there a chance?

And can I still put in another request to make Parker Philip's son? ;)
For me Philip Kiriakis(Jay) is the future of DAYS, the leading male. HOPING the show will bring him back with a leading material :cheer: without him I have no interest tuning in.

Parker is Phloe baby, always was!

Philip needs Maggie's help to have a relationship with his father :shame: This should be the other way around, Victor begging Philip.
The show needs to take a long break from Maggie/Victor, really long, forever would be the best.

I'll pretend that I'm surprised about Chloe's baby, because it was said long before that the father is Deimos, lol, at his age he should be having grandchildren.
The only great part about this baby drama would be if Philip was the real father, maybe Chloe/Philip were seeing each other before Deimos.

Quoting limited to 3 levels deepTVSource Sneak Peek
Funny thing is Victor used to love his son(Philip I mean for the writers), raised him(in Kiriakis mansion, or was it Brady Black? I'm confused ;) ), put him in charge of the Titan, he believed in him, admired him, so what happened? what caused such a change of heart? there should a VERY good reason right? Or maybe when Philip went to war(twice), became a war hero, lost his leg, his face, his son to Dan, after all of this he didn't turn to drugs, didn't steal money from Victor, didn't bury someone alive, didn't fall in love with a girl who tried to kill his father, these must be the reasons, no? I can't think of any, anyone?

The writers ignorance is just amazing, just pure sh$t!
Victor stopped loving Phillip when he dared to sleep with his ex girlfriend ( Oops Sorry official name Victor's god son's fiance).
LOL, thanks, this must be a very good reason :blulaugh: That's when fathers stop loving their kids.

Victor drops a bombshell on Sonny.
Oh, I missed this. Had anyone guessed at what this is yet? I guess the most obvious thing would be something about Sonny's stabbing but I really was not expecting that to ever come up again. Whatever it is, I hope it brings Sonny's opinion of Victor back down to a tolerable level.
he wants him to be CEO at Titan, I'm calling it, LOL.
Yep, that must be it, 'cause Philip Kiriakis is a rotten son.

TVSource Sneak Peek

Victor and Deimos summon the Kiriakis men in the hopes of combining forces to stop the evil alliance.
Does it include Philip Kiriakis too? I mean, he used to be Victor's real son, the heir of the family.
If he's included he probably has some insignificant role.
And since when Kiriakis' became the good guys fighting the evil alliance? what a joke this family has become, wish Philip was Kate/Stefano's son.
Because for some reason it's more important to use Brady.
