If Lucas is a DiMera, what kind of decision would that leave Sami to make? IMHO, I think one of the twin will face major health problems and either 1): Sami has to choose which baby to let live and which one to let go of or 2): Sami has to use one baby's life to the save the other's life. But thats just my opinion.
