You can dress up an old house with new paint but until you address the foundational problems it is still an old house. I don't disagree with you, but I will take the new paint and be VERY HAPPY WITH IT. Haha. I hope Ed Scott can sit down with Hoagie soon, if he hasn't already, to talk about creative things, fall/winter stories, pacing, balance, and other things. Hoagie needs it.
