You can argue "well, that's what we've got right now!", but I'll take a Sheffer-written episode over anything Reilly wrote in his second go-round. I'm sure Jack's a good guy, but I've never been impressed with his writing. Sheffer's a good guy... he just needs some guidance with the stories and some better writers to work with on a daily basis. If he gets those and nothing changes, then yes, you make some revisions to the staff.
