Hard to say. She cried buckets when she and Steve decided to let Benjy go and live with his grandfather as a boy. She really did love him like a son (as did Steve). But she's a much tougher woman 16 years later and she's learned how to compartmentalize and be strong in the face of grief. And she is dealing with a lot of stuff right now with the Dimeras, Steve's stabbing, Steve being in jail -- maybe for life. I think she's trying to maintain her focus and if she stops to grieve, she'll lose that.
I think she's probably right that it just hasn't hit her yet.
(I really wanted a moment of shared grief between her and Steve)
