What if, somehow, he botched the surgery and that guilt is one of the reasons he keeps loved ones at arms length -- the woman he loves is his dead wife. And Kate found out about it and that's why she doesn't want him to do her surgery -- because it's the same proceedure! Just a theory. Or maybe Dena Higley just sucks and his pulling stuff out of her ass? Which by the way is a much more logical thought LOL. With that said, I am actually interested in this Trent/Nicole connection for now. And you know I like Lucas with Chloe, but personally he would be great with Ava if he was written true to his character
