I am really surprised that NBC didn't allow the preemption to count. I don't remember them stopping one from counting before. On some boards they are wondering what these lower numbers might do to the renewal since no contracts have been officially signed yet. They are also saying rumors holding up the signing are over the cost of teh leasing agreements with NBC not being willing to pay as much as Sony says it has to have.
