My problem with the autism storyline is that it feels way too forced. Both actors are, at least, decent to good, but they've just been acting very forced and "ho hum" and you expect that the little *dun dun DUUUN* along with Lexie peering towards the camera, kinda like "Dramatic Look Gopher", to happen every time they mention he's autistic. The performances and the writing (and I think it's more of the writing's fault) seem very forced and unnatural. It almost feels self-righteous in a way. You'd think that, coming from a show that seems obsessed with Green, they would develop this story more naturally and organically than how they've been doing.
