Can't the same be said about Kristian? I mean you don't know if she's sick or healthy, if's she's healthy it should not matter how she looks either. Kristian hasn't always looked so gaunt, though. In this day and age, with Hollywood's obsession with thinness, when someone loses that much weight, it's only natural to be concerned about their weight. Patrika, on the other hand, was always consistent in her weight, so there was nothing different to notice; if she suddenly gained a ton of weight, I guarantee you people would be just as worried about her as they are now about Kristian.
