This show has done worse and, frankly, if Lexie could be chief of staff then Hope can be commissioner, especially considering how Hope has a pretty good record. I still think Stefano may have the mayor on his side and this is a move on his part to cause tension between Abe, Roman, Bo, Hope, Roman, etc.
