EJ and Nicole have the best on screen chemistry of any of the new couples so TPTB are making a wise choice moving them forward. Does it surprise me that Nicole will focus on her desire to keep her settlement? As for Nicole's determination to maintain her settlement, that is what I would expect from her, just like I didn't expect her to suddenly turn her back on the money when she first divulged her past with Trent to EJ. Nicole has been abused, sexually and emotionally, by men her whole life, whether it was her father, strangers, or her husbands. Money is accompanied by power, and with that power she feels better equipped to protect herself from abuse.
