It's not like Stefano has ever asked Lexie to do any of his bidding...or has he? Are you forgetting the baby switch? That was all a result of Stefano wanting Lexie to raise a child the thought was his. He used Lexie and her emotions for his own sick desire to have "his" child raised in the DiMera household while Bo and Hope got Marlo's baby.
