He's good. He likes camp but I think alot of fans will be ok with that since they seem to be find straight up character-driven boring. He's nothing like Wyman and has been in the business for years so I wouldn't worry about him.

I did like the way it all played out with seeing things from Trent's point of view and him watching her and the breathing. It had a mystery novel feel and it was creepy. I like that some of Ed Scott's techniques are still around.
Phoenix I have to ask this, why is it that every time there is something good techniques you give Ed Scott the credit? He's not even on the show anymore yet you are sure that it's because of him we saw it from Trent's POW. Couldn't it be Gary Tomlin that was behind that? I just don't get all the Ed Scott worshipping when there aren't any real facts that can prove stuff like that.
Because Noel Maxam is still there and he came on with Ed. They are techniques Ed Scott is known for and that he uses and I trust that Noel and the directors still with Days are using them because they like them. Days never used those (well, not in the last 10 years or so) until Ed got there. That is why I attribute them to him.
Okey, but do you know if Gary Tomlin is good? I saw some say that he was more campy, is like Steve Wyman?
Koos, your right. It did happen under JER during the SSK story but it wasn't as sharp, at least not to me. I guess what helps it and makes it better then under Wyman is the lighting and the other little nuances (the person's heavy breathing, music, etc).
