Well they can't keep it underwraps for too much longer because Ali is really starting to show and three or four weeks from now (the approximate airing of these episodes) she could very well be happily waddling. How far along are both Sami and Nicole? Sami's baby was obviously conceived the night Lucas walked in on EJ and Sami making love back in May. So Sami is about five months into her pregnancy. The only time Nicole and EJ had sex was that time they were stuck in the elevator on the fourth of July, correct? So Nicole is about three months pregnant. If the rumors are true and the show is planning to write another baby switch storyline, it wouldn't really work out unless Nicole gives birth prematurely.
