There have been plenty of actresses who were pregnant in real life whose characters lost their babies or the babies died after birth, a couple come to mind Michelle Ray Smith (ex- Ava, GL) and Eileen Davidson (Ashley, Y&R)...... I think Nicole does care about the child she's carrying, and isn't faking it all to hold on to EJ. She will probably try to use the baby to hold on to EJ the same way Sami's done with her kids countless times........... I can assure you that Amello and Mason wouldn't wish death on babies in real life.....
