It was a genius decision to have Hope be the one that knew about Belle's affair first. It totally ruined Belle in Hope's eyes after she spent years wanting Belle to be her daughter-in-law. Yeah, and I think Hogan's best move during his entire tenure, was to have Hope walk into Belle's room just after she sexed it up with Philip. So soapy
