That plus all the other things going on with him. You know one thing I thought was a fantastic touch by the writing team (hang on, don't ignore me yet, I mean it!) was when Bo's pancreas story started off, they referenced that "blink and you miss it" motorcycle accident the summer before Bo was in (the writers had to explain PR's real injuries) stating it kickstarted it. Maybe they will mention the head concussion.
