The story is far from over and that much is clear so it's not the climax. Any storyteller worth their salt knows that you save the most dramatic moment for the climax. Even if Lucas loses his memory and finds out again at a later date, it's never as exciting the second time around. IA with Kenny that this twist completely deflates the story.
