I would rather they pace it this way then trying to cram the Vivian stuff in with the baby switch stuff. This way we have something to look forward to when the baby switch reveal winds down. That is good writing. Yeah, yeah. I understand what you're saying, but I really don't give a damn about pacing and all that. I just want my Vivian! LoL. Nine years is long enough. I'm already pissed off that they showed her on Friday and then idiotically decided not to show her on Monday or Tuesday's episodes. I will agree that they probably should've had Carly, Bo, and Vivian on today. I wouldn't expect alot but they could've did a little history lesson today. Maybe had Carly and Bo talk some more and get on the subject of Vivian and then have Vivian have flashbacks to her history with Carly and Lawrence. However, I'm not upset if we don't see much of her to start. Some fans probably don't even know her (although I suspect many do) so bombarding the audience with her at the start would not be the best idea and I like a story that goes at a natural pace. I'm sure the show is counting on the people who love Vivian and want to see her reacting this way so that the anticipation is at an all-time high, which makes it all the better. Also, I think Y&R did the same thing with Thom Bierdz when he returned as Philip. He returned as a big shock on a Friday as part of a cliffhanger and you didn't see him for like a few episodes afterwards. I'm not a big fan of it either. They should at least have the character who has returned appear in the next episode.
