STEVE JOHNSON, DAYS OF OUR LIVES
Hey, dude. If you want a rebel for the eighties, look no further. Patch has the act down to a T. The lingo, the leather jacket, the long hair, the slightly defiant stance, the ability to keep silent under torture or lose his temper for a good cause. But best of all is that quirky sense of humor. He calls himself a loner, but his emotional attachments are deep and lasting, despite his facade of indifference and his rough edges. Not a nine-to-five guy, Patch earns his living hustling pool and helping the police and the ISA. Even if it hurts him, he does the honorable thing -- and then gets embarrassed if anyone notices.
