Judith Chapman may have brought the bitch back to Anjelica, but she also brought the whiny, over the top, smug, bug-eyed annoyingness as well. Jane Elliot's Anjelica was bitchy, but always with great wit. Her digs were often subtle and she was always coolly confident. I loved JE's Anjelica and hated JC's version.
