Series 5 didnt have a chance with ET1 following an already lackluster series 4, and ET2 running parallel with Series 5. Its inclusion to canon and its shitty characters totally were the death of Footballers Wives. We otherwise probably never would have had Gary Ryan, perhaps they would have written it as Tanya taking over Sparks which was how it seemed in the series 4 finale. We probably would have also been spared the awfulness of Seb, Bruno and Lucy, they probably were only created to be the link to ET.
