Part 1 of "Rich Man, Poor Man" was great. I was a senior in high school when it aired and I remembered everyone talking about it in class each day. This program gave Nick Nolte his break-out acting role. He and Peter Strauss played the main characters, two brothers who were opposites in every way and had an antagonistic relationship.

What the hell is Rich Man, Poor Man?
On OLTL, the very FIRST baby switch should be coming up right? Or is that in a couple years? With Jenny and Katrina Karr ...
I think that's with Jenny & Katrina. Cathy just steals Kevin. "Rich Man, Poor Man" was a prime-time serialized mini-series with an all-star cast that originally ran for 12 hours in the Spring of 1976 to HUGE ratings (it was based on the 1970 Irwin Shaw best seller) and followed the lives of two rival brothers through several decades. It was so successful that a sequal ("Rich Man, Poor Man, Book II") followed in the fall of 1976 (which, I'm presuming, this synopsis is for). It's often considered the 2nd biggest dramatic spectacular in TV history, only behind "Roots".
The synopsis is definitely Part 2. Wesley was the now-grown son of the character Nick Nolte played in Part 1.
