It's simply a Dream Ballot- remember when SOW used to do that years ago? It's just who Daytime Royalty would choose if we picked the nominees. I plan on doing a winners ballot when the actual nominees are announced. The choices will be based on that though, not on our Dream Ballot nominees. And it will be done by secret ballot (PM or email). :)
