If EJ isn't Stefano's son, then why did he look just like Stefano's father Santo?
I think the only explanation is that he is still a Dimera, he's just not Stefano's son. He could be Tony's, John's or maybe Ian's if Ian turns out to be a Dimera. If they keep him a Dimera, then I wont be so sad about them changing his paternity. But still..he and Stefano go hand in hand..they really should not mess with a great thing!
Well, Tony's not a biological Dimera, so that wouldn't explain it. And John ... ugh...John's half Brady, so it would make EJ and Sami cousins. I don't understand why they couldn't just leave well enough alone. :shame:
