I don't get why it is even relevant. Billy shouldn't apologize to Victoria, for what happen years before they even got together or married!! Writers don't know what else to do ~ they just seem to be taking from different triangles on the show, if it doesn't work one way, then try it on the next set!! :whack: :poof:
