They make Emmy Episodes and give Emmy Stories to their Emmy Actors. They play the system better, they know it takes one good reel and they make sure that they get that one good reel on tape, one that encapsulates what an actor/the writers/the show has to offer. If a writer has it in for the actor, the actor is screwed. It's terrible to have immature egotistical writers but any Days fan knows they exist.
