Why can't we ALL get the opportunity to say goodbye to his royal smugness - forever??? I've been reading this thread since it was first posted. Just got back and was scanning the thread titles to see if there was anything new. I scrolled by this one too quickly and read it as "Rafe Says Farewell." Is this dyslexia or wishful thinking?
