For instance, the "EWING" on the license plates carrying over into the new series (they might have been there all along but this was the first time I noticed them), and the old pictures of Hagman/Duffy and Barbara Bel Geddes. There was a really great sense of continuity in this episode (....I mean, if you pretend the reunion movies never happened, at least).
