Ok, why would Justin KIRIAKIS be EJs lawyer? I know he's the only other lawyer, but please. He'll be going against Tan, whose part of the K-clan and Vic would have something to say about that.
EJ could of called his lawyers on the phone and Jen could of eavesdrop on the conversation. There...plot moved forward.
