Although I am curious, Chandler/Will always seems to get giggly when he's near a guy Will is attracted to. He did with Neil, he did it a few times with EJ and he's giggly right before the kiss. I'm guessing this is a choice on Chandler's part - since Will never got giggly that I can remember around Gabi or Mia. Maybe he's nervous playing actual attraction to a guy, but I don't necessarily think it's a bad thing that Will seems smiley and happy. That's how people get when they know they are about to be kissed by their crush.
Okay, I don't know how many times I have watched that kiss now...but it makes me swoon every time. :wub: I get the look you are talking about, but I don't really see much of that in this kiss. He does kind of smile I guess, but I don't see really anything like "giggly". I do LOVE the look he gets on his face once the kiss starts. That little furrowing of his eyebrows...so intense.
