It's not just Sharon who needs to be rebuilt. The right writer is coming to the job IMO but let's hope the "Scalpel" sticks to just pushing out newbies and characters that irritate the majority of people. Sony has a hand in this too but most of the cuts so far seem to be vintage Phelps.
