And the fact that there is a sub ob-gyn, it makes it more than likely it is a setup by Stefano. What's up with the substitute doctor? Even if the original actress who played Nicole's doctor wasn't available they could have just recasted and have a new actress play Nicole's original doctor......something's up with this substitute doctor......she could be lying and I think she is......ultrasound included.
