Now, how he would have an unborn live baby play an unborn dead baby so the mother can't tell the difference is the challenge, but Stefano is powerful, he can bribe ANYONE to do his bidding. How far long is Nicole? Well I guess that doesn't matter, because if "Georgia" can come back to life in the form of Chelsea, ANY fetus (no matter how old) can as well.
