I remember Lauren working at the Brownstone at the beginning of the show.

If you drop out of school, can't good good grades, quit a job after a day, and can only keep a job by being employed by your dad or your uncle, then yes, you're lazy. Or a fuck up.
Well it was law school that Albie dropped out of. He's already been through his undergraduate, so I think that makes him accomplished in something already. As for Lauren quitting her job after one day, who knows what that was about. No one does. There could have been factors that went into her having that make up stand in that salon. Perhaps they were only using her to promote the business. Now that I think about it, that's what Lauren said. It seemed like they wanted Caroline Manzo's, Real Housewife of New Jersey, daughter. Not Lauren. So again, if that's the case, I still don't that classifies her as being lazy.
Regarding Chateau (or whatever it was called?) I'm not sure it's laziness. I got the feeling it was more a famewhoreish storyline fabricated for the show that vanished the moment the cameras went down and now they're stuck trying to spin it. If that were really her business why would she have had Ashley design things for it when it's obvious she has no use for the girl?
Dropping out of law school is not the same as dropping out of high school. You've already completed atleast 4 years of college/university just to get to that point, and a learning disability doesn't equal lazy. That's such an annoyingly common comparison.
