If the baby was alive, it probably wouldn't be once Nicole goes rolling down the stairs. This appears to be playing out better than the weekly spoilers made it sound. Since she did try to tell people the baby died, it looks more like she ended up in a couple of bad situations - the death and the fall and just went with it. Some of the other things made it sound like she lured Jen into a fight for the purpose of framing her. I'm wondering what happened to the scalpel. It seems like Nicole's plan shouldn't have gotten off the ground if the cops knew she had a weapon.
