She witnessed the first time and 'knows' EJ; she should be expecting a boot up her ass. Since his first stop with the tape was Sami not a lawyer or the police,I don't think Nicole needs to worry about EJ ripping/booting. I am sure that he is not going to leave her off the hook, he can multi task ;)
