Losing a full term baby is not a miscarriage, it is a still birth. I think most states would call this some kind of manslaughter, not murder.
Funny that in Nicole's high risk pregnancy, that she wasn't induced to have the baby at an earlier dates. I'd say that 4-6 weeks before the due date would have been the smart thing. Salem doctors know shit!
Which means they know more than the Salem PD. :shame:
