They need to do a takeover and balance things out. I wonder why Eric doesn't just have Thorne take over for a while, hell Thorne and Brooke together would make sense. No, Thomas doesn't have that much stock, he has the support of 75% of FC stockholders: Taylor;25%/Steffy;25%, Ridge;20% and his own 5%. The remaining stockholders, Bill;12.5% and Eric;12.5% which equals 25%. They don't have enough stock for a takeover. Bell said he cannot write for Thorne, Windsor Harmon's character. Brooke needs to work with Katie at home with her small child.
