Thursday ("Strange Evidence") Daniel stumbles across some startling evidence; Nicole decides not to press charges against Jennifer. If it's murder it's not Nicole who lays the charges, it's the police isn't it? So I don't understand how Nicole can decide "not to press charges". She wouldn't get the choice would she - unless she admits the baby had already died ?
