I don't know anyone who has watched it, but Boss is seriously brilliant so was thinking of checking Magic City out, since they both air on Starz. I like it, but I am not sure if you would like it. I am a fan of Jeffrey Dean Morgan and when I heard he was going to be in a new series, I tune in, and got hooked. It set in Maimi, JDM is Evan, he runs a well known hotel in the early 60s and entered into an ill fated deal with the mob boss (Ben Diamond) played by Danny Huston. I think the show is stylistic, has some violence, sex, and I like it. One of the things I like about Starz is that they push the envelope, which makes it intereting. It has been renewed for a second season and I hope it stays on for a while. I haven't watch Boss, don't have time to watch the show I even listed so don't want to add more.
