I can't find the time anywhere, though if its slated for 12N or 1PM ET, I bet all the networks cover it live. This "extra" day may be needed to catch up if there is a Wednesday preemption. Makes more sense than slating a dusty rerun for Turkey Friday. That would solve the problem then very nicely. However, President Obama would have to speak for at least 35 minutes for a national preemption to kick in.
