Not sure WHY it would be him, or even Alexander...but Wayne Northrup's sons are close in age to those two characters. Wayne was on screen in 2005 as Alex North... :shrug: Steve and Kayla's son's name is Joe. When he was born, they made a point of saying it was just Joe. Obviously, somewhere along the way, the writers/actors started calling him Joey (a natural thing to do with a small child), but his name is Joe.
