Didn't they give Bo and Hope an ornament for their baby when she was pregnant with Shawn D? Bo & Hope getting the "Baby" ornament was different though. It was Tom & Alice's way of saying that after everything they had been through, Bo & Hope deserved some happiness with this baby and that it was a sign of great things to come for them. Not to mention that it was Bo & Hope. Gabi & Will, or Gabi & Nick (doesn't really matter which), are nothing even remotely comparable to Bo & Hope.
