Well Chloe doesn't deserve an apology because she's a whore (literally, at one point). Actually, Eric should probably send her on an apology tour, too.

Dan, on the other hand, is an innocent victim. Poor dude. All he wants to do is get laid and save lives (at the same time, if possible) and these wicked women keep screwing with him.
