I'd like to do a song of great social and political import. It's been a little better in recent years than it was for a long time, but having Steve in the ISA when you need to give Bo an excuse to be out of Salem... It's a no-brainer and fits both of their characters to a T. And if either of them ever was to come back, there would be more to work with because they wouldn't just have been hovering in limbo all that time.
