Nicole stole Sydney from Sami when she was born I could be wrong, but I think that concerned is trying to counter-argue that Sami stole Gabi's sister, Arianna, from Gabi and Arianna's mother. I don't really agree with that sentiment -- Sami didn't push Arianna in front of a moving car -- but regardless, that's what I got out of the comment. I assumed that concerned's point was that Sami switched Belle's blood test and then stole Belle from Marlena with plans to sell her on the black market. Maybe she meant Arianna, but my mind jumped immediately to Sami having done the same thing. Although, at least Nicole loved Sydney and wanted to take care of her instead of giving her to some random stranger. I would enjoy Nicole having the Wabi baby just because of how much it would piss off Sami.
