Unless I have ornament hanging timing wrong I think he's still at the Kiriakis Mansion.

4-B: Horton Living Room/Foyer (Jennifer, Doug, Julie, Nick, Lucas, Abigail, Gabi, ?, Maggie, Victor, Sonny, Will, Allie)


Unless Rafe is in Act 1 and then Act 7 and then disappears for the rest of the episode it seems he is most likely.

You know how quickly people go from one location to the next, sometimes even mid-conversation. I wouldn't be surprised if the foyer scene is Brady urging Daniel to attend the ornmant cermony to be with Jennifer. And then the next scene is Daniel showing up at the Horton's doors. Rafe has no business being there. Period.
