They actually laid out the ages of Tom and Alice's children in one episode. I never realized that Mickey was so much older than Bill (seven years). And they're really setting up Mark to turn out to be Tommy. Yes, thought the history buffs would enjoy that piece of dialogue! Julie (Cathy Ferrar) just missed out on being in this set of Christmas episodes. Julie was absent for October/November/December 1967 and returned to the show on January 8.
