in SID that Brooke and Bill may not be over.. DD gives an interview basically stating as much. He thinks there are genuine factions with Brooke/Bill/Katie like there was with Steffy. DD likes the idea of Bill helping Brooke mend her broken heart after Ridge, plus it will make for some interesting drama. He also says he's not going to pretend to be an expert on Brooke's love life but he doesn't think she's ever dealt with a man like Bill.. Also says that Brooke's always going on about Ridge being her soulmate.. What if that isn't the case?
